E - Filings
During these times as technology secures its place in the court systems around the country, First Legal Support Services is now capable of handling your e-filing requests. Whether it is directly filed into a number of participating courts across the U.S. or directly to our offices and affiliate offices, which are located minutes from the courts, this virtual avenue is quick, efficient and cost effective.
Until the court systems around the state and the country have truly become standardized and even when they do, First Legal can accommodate your e-filing request to the specific venue you are filing to by adapting your documents to that particular venue. Once your attorneys or support staffs are properly registered with a particular venue, we have created an easy to use form to fill out and upload your filing and/or exhibits safely and efficiently. On request, First Legal will even pick up and scan your exhibits. All documents in every venue will be supervised for quality control. Since there are different guidelines to follow in each court, we've made it our business to know and understand each requirement for each venue.

To E-File your documents go to "Online Order System", login, choose and fill out the proper information with your special instructions, upload your documents and press "Submit Your Order". Your order will be confirmed through your email and when completed, you will receive another email confirming completion.
